Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Develop and implement inventory control systems, including cycle counting and ABC analysis.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and storage of goods.
  • Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, inventory turnover, and supplier performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
  • Proven track record in vendor negotiation, cost reduction, and inventory optimization.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Excel (advanced skills preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of lean inventory principles, JIT (Just-in-Time), or Six Sigma is a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
