Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including purchase orders, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess costs.
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
- Process and track procurement documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to align procurement activities with budgetary and operational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify cost-effective suppliers and alternative sourcing options.
- Prepare and present procurement reports, including spend analysis, savings achievements, and supplier performance metrics.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and reduce lead times.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar administrative role, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain vendor relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management, contract law, and procurement best practices is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
