Responsibility
- Operate and monitor chemical manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct quality checks and document production data to maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and improve production processes.
- Follow safety protocols and participate in safety training to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment for new production runs.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in chemical manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of GMP and safety regulations in manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to work in a 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
