Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas, ensuring optimal space utilization and inventory accessibility.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently to move goods.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Assist in the implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or order fulfillment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and safety procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
