Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy and quality control.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas, including labeling, stacking, and rotating stock as needed.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or distribution to various departments or community programs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to track stock levels and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely restocking and delivery of supplies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and perform repetitive tasks.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) is a plus; certification is advantageous.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is beneficial.
