Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end trade operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment execution.
- Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Maintain accurate records of trade transactions, inventory levels, and logistics performance metrics.
- Resolve operational challenges and discrepancies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Implement best practices in trade operations to support sustainability and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on trade performance and operational improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in trade and logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in trade operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.
- Proficient in using logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
