Responsibility
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety and quality guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify product specifications and compliance.
- Document production data, including process parameters, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Assist in the training of new team members on equipment operation and safety protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean and Six Sigma projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts and adhere to strict safety protocols.
