Responsibility
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards.
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment, performing routine checks and minor adjustments as needed.
- Follow strict safety protocols and adhere to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Document production data, including output, waste, and equipment performance, for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets and improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist in the setup, cleaning, and sanitation of equipment to maintain a hygienic and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or industrial environment, preferably in the beverage or food industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, work orders, and safety guidelines.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational issues.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
