Responsibility
- Operate a company-provided motorcycle to deliver Yakult products to assigned sari-sari stores and retail partners in Bali.
- Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations and safety protocols.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships by providing professional and courteous service.
- Verify delivery quantities and collect payments or receipts as required by company procedures.
- Monitor and report inventory levels, product conditions, and delivery challenges to the supervisor.
- Follow route optimization plans to maximize efficiency and minimize fuel consumption.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Assist in promotional activities or product demonstrations at retail locations when needed.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian motorcycle driver’s license (SIM C) with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a delivery rider, courier, or logistics assistant (preferably in FMCG).
- Strong knowledge of Bali’s roads and traffic patterns is a plus.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift/carry products (up to 20 kg).
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for handling delivery documentation.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
