Responsibility
- Accurately pick, pack, and label products according to order specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect items for defects or damages before packaging to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operate packing equipment and tools (e.g., sealers, scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.
- Follow inventory control procedures, including tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for packing and handling.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse or packing experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and carry items (up to 20-25 kg) for extended periods.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for order verification and documentation.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with a proactive and reliable attitude.
- Familiarity with safety protocols in a warehouse environment (own safety shoes/vest acceptable).
- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including potential weekends or shifts as required.
- Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
