Responsibility
- Support process integration for semiconductor lithography and etch processes, ensuring alignment with production goals and quality standards.
- Conduct equipment maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to optimize process parameters and improve yield.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for semiconductor equipment.
- Analyze process data and equipment performance metrics to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians on process integration and equipment handling.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and company policies in all process and equipment-related activities.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to introduce new technologies or process enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with a focus on lithography or etch processes.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor equipment, process integration, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, MATLAB, Python) and statistical process control (SPC).
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO, SEMI, and OSHA regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to document processes and present technical findings clearly.
- Willingness to relocate to Badung, Bali or nearby areas (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar).
