Responsibility
- Perform installation, commissioning, and startup of industrial chiller systems, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize system efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues in chiller units, compressors, condensers, and evaporators.
- Design and optimize chiller system layouts based on client requirements, load calculations, and environmental conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop custom solutions for industrial cooling applications.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, service logs, and maintenance schedules for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide on-site training to clients on system operation, safety protocols, and basic troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes in HVAC and refrigeration systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering or a related field. Diploma holders with relevant experience may also apply.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, or installing industrial chiller systems (e.g., screw, centrifugal, or scroll compressors).
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, thermodynamics, and HVAC controls (PLC, VFD, BMS).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and P&ID diagrams.
- Certifications in refrigeration handling (e.g., EPA 608, F-Gas) or similar are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for project assignments.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
