Responsibility
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Install, assemble, and dismantle mechanical components and systems according to technical specifications.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements and upgrades to mechanical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all mechanical operations.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other team members.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in mechanical technology and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Technician or in a similar role, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
