Responsibility
- Lead and moderate Design for Test workshops during the initial phases of project development.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for production testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testability and quality of products.
- Design and execute test cases, analyze results, and provide detailed reports.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, proposing effective solutions to enhance product performance.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in test engineering technologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in test engineering, preferably in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of Design for Test (DFT) methodologies and tools.
- Experience with test automation and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to product testing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
