Responsibility
- Lead and coordinate design reviews to ensure alignment with project specifications and regulatory standards.
- Oversee tender submissions, including technical proposals, cost estimates, and compliance documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support during site implementation, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to resolve technical challenges and optimize project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and project plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or cost overruns.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide training to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in technical engineering, with a focus on design coordination and site implementation.
- Proven expertise in tender preparation, technical reviews, and compliance management.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in engineering and construction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or relevant technical certifications is an advantage.
