Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and financial summaries to senior management.
- Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to optimize project outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and innovative solutions in infrastructure development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure project management, preferably in large-scale developments.
- Proven expertise in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with local regulations, permitting processes, and environmental compliance in Indonesia.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project requirements.
