Responsibility
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics and operational insights.
- Design and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for process improvement.
- Identify inefficiencies in business processes and propose data-driven solutions to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, track progress, and present findings in a clear, actionable format.
- Automate reporting and data collection processes to streamline workflows and improve accuracy.
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement process innovations, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor industry trends in data analytics and process optimization to recommend best practices.
- Train and mentor team members on data analysis tools and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, business analytics, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling) and advanced SQL (query optimization, stored procedures).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with process mapping, Lean/Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence decision-making.
- Familiarity with Python, R, or Excel for data analysis is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid or remote setting with a focus on Bali-based operations.
