Responsibility
- Analyze current workflows, systems, and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies using Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy standardized procedures that enhance productivity.
- Collect and interpret data to measure process performance, track KPIs, and generate actionable insights.
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Create process documentation, training materials, and SOPs to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Monitor post-implementation results and iterate on solutions to sustain long-term gains.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in process engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or quality management (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies (certification is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive change across teams.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
- Willingness to work in Bali, Indonesia (relocation support may be provided).
