Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze production performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, maintenance, quality assurance) to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Design and conduct process simulations, tests, and trials to validate improvements before full-scale implementation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies in all process modifications.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process performance, cost savings, and ROI for stakeholders.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational excellence.
- Train and mentor production staff on new processes, tools, and best practices to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in mining, minerals, or manufacturing industries.
- Proven track record in process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency improvements.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, AutoCAD, MATLAB) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Python).
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
