Based in Denpasar, youāll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production workflows, adhere to industry standards, and support TDKās mission of delivering high-performance electronic solutions worldwide.
Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and apply corrective actions to resolve production bottlenecks and defects.
- Design and execute process control plans, including SPC (Statistical Process Control) and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to introduce new products and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and other industry-specific standards for process validation and documentation.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, TPM) to enhance operational performance.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and new process implementations.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., OEE, yield rates, cycle time) and present data-driven recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization tools (e.g., DMAIC, FMEA).
- Proficiency in CAD, Minitab, or other process simulation software is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal) to collaborate with global teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
