Responsibility
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with industry best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to contractual and technical requirements.
- Perform material testing and verification to confirm conformity with approved standards.
- Document and report quality control findings, including non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit detailed QA/QC reports for internal and external audits.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, codes, and standards to ensure continuous compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC roles within construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ASTM, ACI, or other relevant quality standards.
- Proficient in quality control tools, testing equipment, and documentation systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Certifications in QA/QC (e.g., ASQ, IRCA) are a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian is beneficial but not required.
