Responsibility
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the operation and maintenance (O&M) of wastewater treatment plants and septic sludge treatment facilities.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
- Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and innovative solutions.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on plant performance, incidents, and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Participate in environmental impact assessments and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the environmental sector.
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and environmental regulations.
- Proven experience in process optimization and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
