Responsibility
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs in heavy equipment manufacturing.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for optimization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute process solutions that improve product quality and operational performance.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process-related issues and propose corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor and evaluate process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and data-driven metrics.
- Provide technical guidance and training to production teams to ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma, to drive operational excellence.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions for process enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the heavy equipment or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
