Responsibility
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts to resolve process-related issues and minimize downtime.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices and new processes.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean or Six Sigma projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field).
- Proven experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in process simulation software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
