Responsibility
- Assist in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum output quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
- Support the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure operational excellence.
- Assist in the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Participate in quality control initiatives to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Contribute to safety programs and initiatives to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with CAD software, process simulation tools, or statistical analysis is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
