Responsibility
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute engineering strategies to align with company objectives, ensuring long-term growth and competitiveness in the furniture industry.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in manufacturing processes and implement data-driven improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Product Innovation: Lead R&D initiatives to introduce new materials, designs, and technologies that elevate product quality and sustainability.
- Team Management: Mentor and supervise engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with design, production, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.

- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all engineering practices adhere to industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental sustainability goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree: In Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 8 years in engineering leadership roles, preferably within the furniture, woodworking, or manufacturing industries.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, CAD/CAM software, and lean production methodologies.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, drive change, and inspire innovation.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to address complex engineering challenges.
- Project Management: Experience managing large-scale projects from concept to completion, with a focus on deliverables and timelines.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with trends in furniture design, materials science, and sustainable manufacturing practices.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to articulate technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
