Responsibility
- Lead process optimization projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Analyze production workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to streamline processes and improve product quality.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on process improvements to senior management.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in manufacturing.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in all process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in process simulation tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
