Responsibility
- Oversee and ensure the proper implementation of all processing parameters to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Develop and optimize chemical processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve yield.
- Monitor and analyze process performance using data-driven methodologies to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Design and conduct experiments to test new processes or modifications to existing ones.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on process performance, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and process protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of chemical processes, unit operations, and process control systems.
- Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and data analysis tools.
