Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Conduct trials, pre-engineering studies, and validation tests to ensure process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in automation and process development technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process development, automation, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, PLC programming, and process optimization techniques.
- Experience with process validation and verification methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
