Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of assigned buildings, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and renovations to uphold property integrity and functionality.
- Manage vendor relationships, including contractors, service providers, and suppliers.
- Develop and implement cost-effective strategies for building management and resource allocation.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance to optimize operational efficiency.
- Ensure tenant satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining high service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential risks or improvements.
- Lead and mentor a team of facility staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building or property management, preferably in large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools and facility management software.
