Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Support maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance for machinery and equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical improvements in manufacturing processes.
- Conduct data analysis and generate reports to evaluate project performance and efficiency.
- Assist in the design and development of prototypes, tools, or systems to enhance production capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all engineering activities.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training programs to expand technical knowledge.
- Document project progress, challenges, and solutions for future reference and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong academic record with a passion for engineering and problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of engineering principles, tools, and software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB, or similar).
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, maintenance practices, or industrial systems is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
