Responsibility
- Lead and manage wastewater treatment projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and sustainability in wastewater treatment.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local and international environmental regulations and standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new wastewater treatment initiatives.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and present technical reports and proposals to clients and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wastewater treatment project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex environmental projects.
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
