Responsibility
- Identify and acquire high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and affluent clients through targeted outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with priority clients, understanding their financial goals and offering personalized banking solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., wealth management, investment advisory, and private banking) to deliver comprehensive financial services.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual acquisition targets, contributing to the growth of AmBank’s Priority Banking portfolio.
- Conduct financial needs assessments and propose tailored products such as investment portfolios, credit facilities, and wealth preservation strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to provide informed and strategic advice.
- Represent AmBank at industry events, seminars, and exclusive client gatherings to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, internal policies, and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management, wealth management, or private banking, with a proven track record in client acquisition.
- Strong understanding of financial products, including investments, loans, insurance, and estate planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage with high-net-worth clients.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and financial analysis software.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is highly advantageous.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
