Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the entire printing production process, from pre-press preparation to final product inspection
- Ensure all printed products meet Albea Indonesia and customer specifications for quality, color accuracy, and finish
- Manage production schedules and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet launch deadlines
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to minimize defects and waste
- Train and develop printing team members on best practices and new technologies
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to ensure optimal uptime
- Collaborate with design teams to optimize artwork for print production
- Prepare production reports and present performance metrics to management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in printing production, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Graphic Arts, or related field
- Strong knowledge of offset, flexography, or digital printing processes
- Experience with color management systems and quality control tools
- Proficient in using printing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Esko, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
- Willingness to relocate to Bali (relocation assistance available)
