Responsibility
- Operate and monitor rotogravure printing machines to produce high-quality printed packaging films.
- Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate color registration, ink density, and print quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment to prevent downtime and ensure longevity.
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues with the printing machinery.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including material usage and machine performance.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in printing or machinery operation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Printing Machine Operator or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with rotogravure printing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
