Responsibility
- Lead spend analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities across vendor portfolios.
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize procurement spend and improve vendor performance.
- Negotiate and manage high-value contracts, ensuring favorable terms, SLAs, and cost avoidance measures.
- Track and report on vendor KPIs, cost savings, and ROI to stakeholders and leadership.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and operational teams to align vendor management strategies with business objectives.
- Implement best-in-class procurement frameworks and tools to streamline vendor onboarding, evaluation, and offboarding.
- Drive continuous improvement in vendor relationships through performance reviews, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
- Stay abreast of market trends, industry benchmarks, and emerging technologies to enhance procurement efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or strategic sourcing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in cost optimization, contract negotiation, and spend analysis within manufacturing, logistics, or a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Familiarity with procurement software (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer) and vendor performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on delivering measurable results.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
