Responsibility
- Architect and deploy enterprise-grade security solutions, including SIEM, EDR, IAM, and zero-trust frameworks.
- Lead threat modeling and risk assessments to proactively identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with global best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security-by-design principles into all systems and applications.
- Oversee incident response planning and coordinate investigations for high-severity breaches.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a security-first culture through training and awareness programs.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging security technologies to enhance defensive capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) and industry-specific standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), network security, and endpoint protection.
- Proven track record of designing scalable security architectures for large-scale environments.
- Strong knowledge of penetration testing, vulnerability management, and secure coding practices.
- Experience with compliance audits and third-party risk assessments.
