Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of fulfillment operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee the maintenance and updating of all fulfillment-related indicators and master data in systems such as SLIM4.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and sales, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve order accuracy.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with fulfillment systems such as SLIM4 or similar ERP/WMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities with a track record of driving operational excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in logistics and supply chain management.
