Responsibility
- Lead and manage the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order processing, inventory management, and distribution.
- Conduct periodic reviews of fulfillment operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the maintenance and updating of all fulfillment-related indicators and master data in systems such as SLIM4.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and sales, to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and improve order accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience with fulfillment systems such as SLIM4 or similar ERP/WMS platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities with a track record of driving operational excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in logistics and supply chain management.
