Responsibility
- Lead the design and development of reliability test structures for semiconductor devices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (fab, process, and product engineering) to identify and mitigate reliability risks
- Develop and execute comprehensive reliability testing protocols (HTOL, THB, ESD, etc.)
- Perform root cause analysis on reliability failures and implement corrective actions
- Establish reliability specifications and standards for new technology nodes
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in reliability methodologies
- Prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging reliability challenges in semiconductor manufacturing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor reliability engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Deep expertise in reliability test structure design and failure analysis techniques
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes and device physics
- Experience with reliability simulation tools (e.g., TCAD, SPICE)
- Proven track record of solving complex reliability issues in high-volume manufacturing
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with JEDEC, AEC-Q, or other industry reliability standards
