Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical maintenance and repair activities to ensure uninterrupted building operations.
- Lead a team of electrical technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, including wiring, panels, transformers, and backup generators, to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with national electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute electrical upgrades and installations for new or existing buildings.
- Monitor energy consumption and recommend efficiency improvements to reduce operational costs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of electrical components.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, HVAC controls, and emergency power systems.
- Proven ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian electrical regulations (PUIL) and international standards (IEC, NEC).
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for electrical system analysis.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call duties for emergencies.
