Responsibility
- Design, develop, and oversee the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and technical evaluations to ensure project viability and compliance with local and international standards.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities (BOQ) using CAD and BIM software.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to integrate M&E systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks while mitigating risks.
- Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to drive innovation and efficiency in M&E solutions.
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and on-site teams to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E engineering, with a proven track record in project design and execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, or similar MEP design software.
- Strong knowledge of local and international M&E codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC, SNI).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with sustainable and energy-efficient design principles (LEED, Green Building certifications are advantageous).
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali, Indonesia and adapt to a fast-paced, multicultural work environment.
