Responsibility
- Operate and maintain Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) tools to ensure accurate defect detection in semiconductor products.
- Monitor and analyze AOI performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve AOI-related issues.
- Perform regular calibration and maintenance of AOI equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Document and report inspection results, defects, and process deviations to the quality assurance team.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new AOI programs and inspection criteria.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all AOI operations.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance AOI processes and reduce defect rates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, quality assurance, or a related technical role.
- Familiarity with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) tools and processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to work in a 12-hour shift schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Basic understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
