Responsibility
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the school meets its academic and operational goals.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe, inclusive, and high-performing learning environment.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Proven experience as a Principal, Vice Principal, or in a senior educational leadership role.
- Strong understanding of curriculum development, assessment, and educational best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and school operations effectively.
