Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of data operations processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify pain points and develop data-driven solutions.
- Oversee data quality assurance initiatives, ensuring adherence to global standards and best practices.
- Automate manual processes using Python, SQL, or other tools to streamline workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of data operations and recommend improvements.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in data operations, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in data operations, analytics, or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven ability to design and optimize data workflows for large-scale datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and compliance standards is a plus.
