Responsibility

  • Develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business goals and market needs, focusing on B2B and distribution models.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Define product requirements and user stories to guide development teams in building scalable solutions.
  • Monitor product performance metrics (e.g., adoption, revenue, customer satisfaction) and iterate based on data-driven insights.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and clients to gather feedback and refine product features.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in Product Management, Business Development, or a similar role, preferably in B2B or distribution sectors.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, distribution channels, and business models.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executives and clients.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing, or SaaS products is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment with a proactive and adaptive mindset.
