Responsibility
- Provide expert technical support to the sales team, assisting in the recommendation and demonstration of security solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their needs and propose tailored product solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and sales documentation.
- Resolve technical inquiries and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to relay customer feedback and market insights.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, customer support, or a similar role within the ICT sector.
- Strong understanding of security solutions, networking, or software products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
