Responsibility

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of client projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive strategies to maintain progress and quality.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including vendors, internal departments, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.
  • Lead client presentations and status updates, articulating progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in ICT and client success to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, client success, or consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the APAC region, particularly China and SEA.
  • Strong understanding of ICT solutions, digital transformation, or related industries.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
