Responsibility
- Oversee the full lifecycle of client projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing proactive strategies to maintain progress and quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including vendors, internal departments, and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including scope, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.
- Lead client presentations and status updates, articulating progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends in ICT and client success to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, client success, or consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the APAC region, particularly China and SEA.
- Strong understanding of ICT solutions, digital transformation, or related industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
