Based in the vibrant hubs of Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas), you will develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to accelerate market penetration, foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and maximize revenue streams. Your expertise in channel management and business development will be instrumental in scaling our presence in the region.

Responsibility
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential partners, distributors, and resellers to expand market reach.
- Channel Growth Leadership: Design and implement channel programs to drive partner engagement, performance, and revenue growth.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to develop sales tools, training, and incentives that empower partners to succeed.
- Revenue Optimization: Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and market share.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key influencers in the partner ecosystem.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the ICT sector.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial discussions, including pricing, terms, and SLAs, to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless partner integration and support.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 8 years in channel management, partner sales, or business development within the ICT or technology sector.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital solutions, smart nation technologies, or related fields, with a strong network in Southeast Asia.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies that align with business objectives and market demands.
- Negotiation Expertise: Strong commercial acumen with a track record of closing high-value partnerships and contracts.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics to track performance and inform decisions.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
