Responsibility
- Provide onsite technical support for payment terminal installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
- Perform regular maintenance checks and preventive servicing of payment terminals
- Assist in terminal retrieval and replacement processes
- Document all service activities and maintain accurate records of installations and repairs
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely resolution of technical issues
- Conduct basic training for clients on terminal usage and best practices
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or field service roles
- Basic knowledge of payment systems and POS terminals
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Bali
- Basic English proficiency (both written and spoken)
