Responsibility
- Operate prime movers and other heavy vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Maintain constant radio communication with the traffic control team.
- Ensure timely arrival for the delivery of import cargoes.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety protocols.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license for heavy vehicles.
- Proven experience as a prime mover driver or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle heavy loads.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
